Trip to Coorg (250 kms) started at around 11:00am from Bangalore via Bidadi, Maddur, srirangapattna, hunsur, Virajpet and to Halugunda ( thats My Sweet Home) at 7:00PM on the 1st of February 2008.

Bidadi place to take a short break for our usal place for Thate Idli (plate idli)

Maddur, place for coffee and Maddur vada; nice caps and gifts available

Srirangapatna where we stopped for Tender coconut after long ride of 70kms

Weekend Picnic to Srirangaptna with friends

Early morn at 4:15 am to get up itself is a great experience and to start from Rt Nagr to Jc Nagar where Uma , Roi and me joined Vinay at around 5:00 am was great. Had a cup of stronmg Coffee and we pushed towards Mysore road; it was freezing cold with the Speed touching upto 120 kmph on a Bajaj Discover and Bajaj Pulsar was really adventouresus.

A pit stop at Bidadi with Thate idli and strong coffee. on the way that sunrise and the MTR Vada and coffee and the Superbikes near Maddur cafe were all rel good views far away from the B'lore city life.

The CLub was Estb approximately in 1960's Known for Recreation and Sports and games; in 1995 was taken over by the Young Guns of the Halugunda Village to Lead the Soccer Village into the Battle of SOCCER. Our Halugunda is Known for soccer and also the temples. The club has won around 20 District matches and 10 Runners Up till date. The Club has around 60 Active Members and all are Soccer Players.

The Club is one of the Top Team in Kodagu (Coorg); registerd Club for Karnataka State Football Association, inturn member of All India Football Association
